Call for Papers

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

The 2017 NEDSI Conference will be held at the Marriott Springfield Hotel in Springfield, MA, on March 22 - 25, 2017. On-site check-in will start on Wednesday afternoon, March 22nd. The sessions will start on Thursday morning, March 23rd and will continue through Saturday evening, March 25th. The gala dinner and award ceremony will be held on Saturday night, March 25th

CALL FOR PAPERS

Competitive papers or detailed abstracts and proposals for symposia, tutorials and workshops are invited for submission. The submission deadline is December 20, 2016. Our CMS site will open for submissions of papers on June 20, 2016.

Sessions involving practitioners will be given special consideration. Submissions will be blind refereed and accepted submissions will be published in the Conference Proceedings. By submitting a manuscript, the authors certify that it is not copyrighted or previously published, has not been presented or accepted for presentation at another professional meeting.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONTRIBUTORS

All papers should be submitted electronically. On our site, http://www.nedsi.org, please click on 2017 Conference and then on Submission and follow the instruction for submitting your paper, abstract or proposal. Our CMS site is open for submission of papers, abstracts, workshop, and panel proposals.

All papers, abstracts, and proposals should be double-spaced. Abstracts and proposals should be as complete as possible. All information identifying the authors should be removed from the paper. The title page should show only the title of the paper.

Electronic submission will be acknowledged by return e-mail upon receipt. Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent by email.

ACCEPTED PAPERS

Accepted papers must be formatted in final condensed form and uploaded per instruction using the web link.
